[extras/vim] Update the Logos syntax for vim. Folds on hooks and groups and subclasses and nicely hilights arguments to directives, and now supports all the directives added since December 2009 :P

Add the %class command to forward-declare a class (without having to have a null %hook for it). Sort the classes in the generated code.

Add support for adding class methods using class_addMethod and the %new commnad. %new optionally takes a type (defaults to v@:). $building was accidentally set to $1 instead of 1, fixed. Don't force there to be an _ungrouped group if there aren't any hooks: Groups are now created when they first receive a Hook.
