a65db38baf Allows buttons with l_x_plus, etc, to act as analogs.
Matches up with regular input drivers which can map buttons to analogs
as well if the analogs are not used.

8e5a0b4a38 Remove the stub Win32 GUI.
It is only confusing and doesn't add anything atm.
If we want to go for WIMP-based GUI, it will be using a multi-platform toolkit anyways.
