a4850c1b57 (Android) Don't use JELLY_BEAN_MR1 constant as it wasn't available on

88e59454a5 Use 44.1kHz audio on Android. 
Should be toggleable (or use autodetect if present on Android 4.2+).
Fixes audio on Nexus 10 in my test case.
