c15d188ecf Refactored duplicate Cg/GLSL LUT texture loading code into shader_common.c.
Fixed a bug where "Apply Shader Changes" in RGUI saved/set the wrong
texture filter for LUT textures.
Unofficially extended Cg shader spec with an LUT mipmap option:
To mipmap LUT "foo," add 'foo_mipmap = "true"' to your .cgp/.glslp file.
Mipmapping is currently implemented for the OpenGL driver only.

fac2783a09 Optimize some struct sizes.
This is the list of reduced sizes:

file: dsound.c         - struct dsound_t reduced from 56 bytes to 52 bytes.
file: shader_parse.h   - struct gfx_fbo_scale reduced from 32 bytes to 28 bytes.
file: thread_wrapper.c - struct texture reduced from 28 bytes to 24 bytes.
file: libretro.h       - struct retro_hw_render_callback reduced from 40 bytes to 36 bytes.
file: movie.c          - struct bsv_movie reduced from 36 bytes to 32 bytes.
file: netplay.c        - struct delta_frame reduced from 16 bytes to 12 bytes.
file: performance.h    - struct rarch_perf_counter_t reduced from 40 bytes to 32 bytes.

551fd27204 Add support for wrapping modes.
Not terribly useful atm due to POT, but at least it's there.
Has some use mostly with LUTs ... NPOT + REPEAT requires extension on
GLES2 at least.

2c8ddeb109 Add gfx_shader_resolve_relative.
Translates relative paths (from CGP) into absolute paths,
suitable for loading files, and saving cgp some place else.
