Suyash Mahar 53f74f09dc Fix -vm_allow_smaller dividing the size pointer (#8186 )

`vmm_place_vmcode()` computed the shrink step as `size / 16` where size
is a `size_t` pointer, so the step was derived from a stack address and
the "don't go too small" check always broke out of the loop. A failed
vmcode reservation therefore never retried with a smaller size. Use
`*size` instead.

This directory contains the core implementation of DynamoRIO. Documentation for client developers can be found in the public API, where interface and data structures are found in the Files and Data Structures tabs, respectively.
