+ split out shared portions of DR's runsuite.cmake into runsuite_common_pre.cmake and runsuite_common_post.cmake, which are copied into installdir/cmake at install time + merged Dr. Memory's nmake and lack of cygwin cp support into runsuite_common_pre.cmake and CTestConfig.cmake (i#378) + DR's runsuite.cmake and package.cmake use runsuite_common_pre.cmake and runsuite_common_post.cmake + Dr. Memory's runsuite.cmake and package.cmake use runsuite_common_pre.cmake and runsuite_common_post.cmake from a binary DR's cmake/ dir or from local sources if using svn externals fixes issue 279 SVN-Revision: 567
