ecd5062617 Leave free space for alignment "holes" in mem.
This allows other, small allocates to fit in these spaces, which happens
in some games (like Gods Eater Burst.)

afe52db366 Fix some issues in sceNetAdhoc with old savestates.
This was causing the PPGe dlist to be shared with the thread, causing
weirdness and a double-free on exit.

592a83b081 Make sure BlockAllocator doesn't get off grain.
This should fix spurious warnings about AllocAt() when loading a game.
