Henrik Rydgard	7b13477fda	Add UnitTest project (only set up win build for now, lazy me) ... This is for local testing of stuff that doesn't need to be tested in context in the emulator. Enable building ArmEmitter under any platform, just for testing.	2013-01-19 10:07:14 +01:00
