Unknown W. Brackets 1311d71455 softgpu: Fix reversed stencil test funcs.
LESS applies to the ref compared to the stencil, not the stencil compared
to the ref.

With this, stencil testing is finally being done properly in Star Ocean.

To get to 100% compatibility, we will need a software renderer as there are games out there that do tricks
that can't really be faked in a sensible way. Useful for homebrew too that mix sw and accel rendering.
