scripts: analyze_suspend.py: Update to upstream v4.5

- Kernel errors shown in timeline
- Tool log: The tool output log is now available in the html timeline
- Selective ftrace filter: can choose phase and test run (for x2)
- further instrumentation of dev mode to cover wifi
