i2c: omap: cleanup register definitions

Delete STAT_AD0 mask as unrelated to current IP (omap1?).
Delete DEBUG conditional around SYSTEST masks group.
Add SYSTEST functional mode masks for SCL and SDA.
Add STAT_BF mask.
