[ARM] oprofile: add ARM11 core support
Add basic support for the ARM11 profiling hardware. This is shared between the ARM11 UP and ARM11 SMP oprofile support code. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
