[PATCH] prism54 : Remove extraneous udelay/register read

In isl_38xx.c
In routine isl38xx_trigger-device

Move unnecessary udelay/register read.
This is only required when hand-compiling the driver and
setting  VERBOSE > SHOW_ERROR_MESSAGES
