ACPICA: Resource Manager: update template walking with ACPI_NEXT_RESOURCE.

Cleanup the ACPI_NEXT_RESOURCE macro.  Update AcpiWalkResources
to use ACPI_NEXT_RESOURCE.  Lv Zheng.
