efee984c27 new helper: signal_delivered()
Does block_sigmask() + tracehook_signal_handler();  called when
sigframe has been successfully built. All architectures converted
to it; block_sigmask() itself is gone now (merged into this one).

I'm still not too happy with the signature, but that's a separate
story (IMO we need a structure that would contain signal number +
siginfo + k_sigaction, so that get_signal_to_deliver() would fill one,
signal_delivered(), handle_signal() and probably setup...frame() -
take one).

77097ae503 most of set_current_blocked() callers want SIGKILL/SIGSTOP removed from set
Only 3 out of 63 do not. Renamed the current variant to __set_current_blocked(),
added set_current_blocked() that will exclude unblockable signals, switched
open-coded instances to it.

8e3f9f65cb blackfin: use set_current_blocked() and block_sigmask()
As described in e6fa16ab ("signal: sigprocmask() should do
retarget_shared_pending()") the modification of current->blocked is
incorrect as we need to check whether the signal we're about to block is
pending in the shared queue.

Also, use the new helper function introduced in commit 5e6292c0f2
("signal: add block_sigmask() for adding sigmask to current->blocked")
which centralises the code for updating current->blocked after
successfully delivering a signal and reduces the amount of duplicate code
across architectures. In the past some architectures got this code wrong,
so using this helper function should stop that from happening again.

600482c13d Blackfin: fix single stepping over system calls
On Blackfin systems, the hardware single step exception triggers before
the system call exception, so we need to save this info to process it
later on. Otherwise, single stepping in userspace misses a few insns
right after the system call.

This is based a bit on the SuperH code added in commit 4b505db9c4.

96f1050d3d Blackfin: mass clean up of copyright/licensing info
Bill Gatliff & David Brownell pointed out we were missing some
copyrights, and licensing terms in some of the files in
./arch/blackfin, so this fixes things, and cleans them up.

It also removes:
 - verbose GPL text(refer to the top level ./COPYING file)
 - file names (you are looking at the file)
 - bug url (it's in the ./MAINTAINERS file)
 - "or later" on GPL-2, when we did not have that right

It also allows some Blackfin-specific assembly files to be under a BSD
like license (for people to use them outside of Linux).

697a9d65aa [Blackfin] arch: a rather old performance improvement for the signal handling code
This is a rather old performance improvement for the signal handling
code, which was originally only committed on the 2007R1 branch as a
workaround for what we suspected to be a hardware bug.

There's no point in constructing a sigreturn stub on the stack and
flushing caches; we can just make signal handlers return to a known
location in the fixed code area.

1394f03221 blackfin architecture
This adds support for the Analog Devices Blackfin processor architecture, and
currently supports the BF533, BF532, BF531, BF537, BF536, BF534, and BF561
(Dual Core) devices, with a variety of development platforms including those
avaliable from Analog Devices (BF533-EZKit, BF533-STAMP, BF537-STAMP,
BF561-EZKIT), and Bluetechnix!  Tinyboards.

The Blackfin architecture was jointly developed by Intel and Analog Devices
Inc. (ADI) as the Micro Signal Architecture (MSA) core and introduced it in
December of 2000. Since then ADI has put this core into its Blackfin
processor family of devices. The Blackfin core has the advantages of a clean,
orthogonal,RISC-like microprocessor instruction set. It combines a dual-MAC
(Multiply/Accumulate), state-of-the-art signal processing engine and
single-instruction, multiple-data (SIMD) multimedia capabilities into a single
instruction-set architecture.

The Blackfin architecture, including the instruction set, is described by the
ADSP-BF53x/BF56x Blackfin Processor Programming Reference
http://blackfin.uclinux.org/gf/download/frsrelease/29/2549/Blackfin_PRM.pdf

The Blackfin processor is already supported by major releases of gcc, and
there are binary and source rpms/tarballs for many architectures at:
http://blackfin.uclinux.org/gf/project/toolchain/frs There is complete
documentation, including "getting started" guides available at:
http://docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/ which provides links to the sources and
patches you will need in order to set up a cross-compiling environment for
bfin-linux-uclibc

This patch, as well as the other patches (toolchain, distribution,
uClibc) are actively supported by Analog Devices Inc, at:
http://blackfin.uclinux.org/

We have tested this on LTP, and our test plan (including pass/fails) can
be found at:
http://docs.blackfin.uclinux.org/doku.php?id=testing_the_linux_kernel
