On sam9x5, dedicated CTS (and RTS) pins are unusable together with the
LCDC, the EMAC, or the MMC because they share the same line.
Moreover, the USART controller doesn't handle DTR/DSR/DCD/RI signals,
so we have to control them via GPIO.
This patch permits to use GPIOs to control the CTS/RTS/DTR/DSR/DCD/RI
signals.

Two new drivers have been added since 3.14, the MEN 16z135 uart, and
the ARM semihosting console. Both are missing an explicit 'select
SERIAL_CORE', which can leads build errors when no other driver
selects the core, as found during ARM randconfig testing.
In case of the ARM semihosting console, we also have to select
SERIAL_CORE_CONSOLE.
This adds the missing 'select' statements.

Zynq's UART is Cadence IP. Make this visible in the prompt in kconfig
and additional comments in the driver.
This also renames functions and symbols, as far as possible without
breaking user space API, to reflect the Cadence origin. This is achieved
through simple search and replace:
- s/XUARTPS/CDNS_UART/g
- s/xuartps/cdns_uart/g
The only exceptions are PORT_XUARTPS and the driver name, which stay as is,
due to their exposure to user space. As well as the - no legacy -

coordination with the corresponding arch/sh changes, and we've agreed
to merge the arch/sh changes through our tree.
Added in this branch is support for Trusted Foundations secure firmware,

that are in the market, including the Nvidia Shield. The code is local
to arch/arm at this time since it's uncertain whether it will be shared
with arm64 longer-term, if needed we will refactor later.

I got a build error today that made me realize that it is not
possible to build a kernel for a SiRF platform without enabling
CONFIG_PRIMA2, since a lot of common code depends on CONFIG_PRIMA2.
This fixes all occurences that appear like common SiRF code.

Some improvements in the Kconfig text:
- Vendor is Freescale now
- Provide a better example for the console parameter, which is something like
console=ttymxc0
- Do not pass the names of ancient bootloaders

There is no need to only allow the serial driver to be built-in.
Allow the imx serial driver to be built as a module.

The Kconfig symbol SERIAL_S3C2412 got removed in commit
da121506eb ("serial: samsung: merge
probe() function from all SoC specific extensions"). But it also added a
last reference to that symbol. The commit and the tree make clear that
CPU_S3C2412 should have been used instead.

This could have been either ARCH_S5P64X0 or CPU_S5P6450. Looking at
commit 2555e663b3 ("ARM: S5P64X0: Add UART
serial support for S5P6450") - which added this typo - makes clear this
should be CPU_S5P6450.

Pull MIPS updates from Ralf Baechle:
o Add basic support for the Mediatek/Ralink Wireless SoC family.
o The Qualcomm Atheros platform is extended by support for the new
QCA955X SoC series as well as a bunch of patches that get the code
ready for OF support.
o Lantiq and BCM47XX platform have a few improvements and bug fixes.
o MIPS has sent a few patches that get the kernel ready for the
upcoming microMIPS support.
o The rest of the series is made up of small bug fixes and cleanups
that relate to various parts of the MIPS code. The biggy in there is
a whitespace cleanup. After I was sent another set of whitespace
cleanup patches I decided it was the time to clean the whitespace
"issues" for once and and that touches many files below arch/mips/.
Fix up silly conflicts, mostly due to whitespace cleanups.

Since SERIAL_CORE needs GENERIC_HARDIRQS (see below) and most serial drivers
select it, just add a GENERIC_HARDIRQS dependency to all serial drivers.
Fixes the compile error below:
drivers/tty/serial/serial_core.c: In function ‘uart_set_info’:
drivers/tty/serial/serial_core.c:725:2: error: implicit declaration of function ‘irq_canonicalize’

The option allows you to remove TTY and compile without errors. This
saves space on systems that won't support TTY interfaces anyway.
bloat-o-meter output is below.
The bulk of this patch consists of Kconfig changes adding "depends on
TTY" to various serial devices and similar drivers that require the TTY
layer. Ideally, these dependencies would occur on a common intermediate
symbol such as SERIO, but most drivers "select SERIO" rather than
"depends on SERIO", and "select" does not respect dependencies.
bloat-o-meter output comparing our previous minimal to new minimal by
removing TTY. The list is filtered to not show removed entries with awk
'$3 != "-"' as the list was very long.

This driver supports the RocketPort EXPRESS and RocketPort INFINITY
families of PCI/PCIe multiport serial adapters. These adapters use a
"RocketPort 2" ASIC that is not compatible with the original RocketPort
driver (CONFIG_ROCKETPORT).
Tested with the RocketPort EXPRESS Octa DB9 and Quad DB9. Also added an
old RocketPort 8J PCI card to the same system to verify that rocket.c and
rp2.c coexist peacefully.

- End Of Data interrupt in incoming data to know whether end
of frame achieve or not.
- HW controlled RTS and CTS flow control to reduce SW overhead.
Add serial driver to use all above feature.
