Clean up 68360 timer support code. Removed header includes not needed.
Remove use of old m68knommu timer function pointers. Use common function
naming for 68328 timer functions.

Use setup_irq() instead of request_irq() to set up system timer
in 68360 timer code. With the old m68knommu irq code this
was safe, but it is not now within the generic irq framework.

Adds support for RTCs (through genrtc) for M68KNOMMU.
Board-specific code will have to link the appropriate RTC driver to the
mach_hwclk callback, at minimum.
This patch switches the 68360 code over to using rtc_time.

Remove use of __rom_end symbol all together. This helps clean out the
miscellaneous symbols lying around in the m68knommu linker script.

Create common start code for all 68360 based platforms that are
loaded and run directly from RAM (as opposed to running from
flash/ROM). This replaces the old specific startup code for
each board.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
