Jiri Kosina	48b4554aca	USB HID: consolidate vendor/product ids ... The vendor/product IDs for the purposes of hid_blacklist got scathered around the hid-core.c in a rather random way over the time. Separate usbhid code into dedicated drivers/hid/usbhid directory as discussed previously with Greg, so that it eases maintaineance process.
