00536ec476 KVM: arm/arm64: Prepare to handle deferred save/restore of SPSR_EL1
SPSR_EL1 is not used by a VHE host kernel and can be deferred, but we
need to rework the accesses to this register to access the latest value
depending on whether or not guest system registers are loaded on the CPU
or only reside in memory.

The handling of accessing the various banked SPSRs for 32-bit VMs is a
bit clunky, but this will be improved in following patches which will
first prepare and subsequently implement deferred save/restore of the
32-bit registers, including the 32-bit SPSRs.

74a64a9816 KVM: arm/arm64: Unify 32bit fault injection
Both arm and arm64 implementations are capable of injecting
faults, and yet have completely divergent implementations,
leading to different bugs and reduced maintainability.

Let's elect the arm64 version as the canonical one
and move it into aarch32.c, which is common to both
architectures.

021234ef37 KVM: arm64: Make kvm_condition_valid32() accessible from EL2
As we're about to trap CP15 accesses and handle them at EL2, we
need to evaluate whether or not the condition flags are valid,
as an implementation is allowed to trap despite the condition
not being met.

Tagging the function as __hyp_text allows this. We still rely on
the cc_map array to be mapped at EL2 by virtue of being "const",
and the linker to only emit relative references.

8cebe750c4 arm64: KVM: Make kvm_skip_instr32 available to HYP
As we plan to do some emulation at HYP, let's make kvm_skip_instr32
as part of the hyp_text section. This doesn't preclude the kernel
from using it.

3aedd5c49e arm: KVM: Use common AArch32 conditional execution code
Add the bit of glue and const-ification that is required to use
the code inherited from the arm64 port, and move over to it.

427d7cacf9 arm64: KVM: Move the AArch32 conditional execution to common code
It would make some sense to share the conditional execution code
between 32 and 64bit. In order to achieve this, let's move that
code to virt/kvm/arm/aarch32.c. While we're at it, drop a
superfluous BUG_ON() that wasn't that useful.

Following patches will migrate the 32bit port to that code base.
