This updates the integrator defconfig, apart from the usual
re-shuffling of symbols due to restructuring of the kernel Kconfig
this will also:
- Enable IM-PD1 so all hardware is enabled out-of-the-box
- Enable the LEDs class and heartbeat trigger, so that the
LED driver in plat-versatile/ is compiled.
- Enale some debug code like the CLK debug.

This updates the Integrator defconfig to include the hardware
found on the Integrator/CP: SMC91X, CLCD, MMCI/PL180. Further
the sometimes disrupting VGA_CONSOLE is disabled (those who
have a VGA card can enable it) and typical default VFAT
layouts of the MMC cards are supported by enabling VFAT and
CP437 encoding of the file system.
After this my default kernels boot successfully on Integrator
AP and CP alike.

Update the Integrator defconfig with some sensible defaults:
- Compile a combined image supporting Integrator/AP and
Integrator/CP, with the core modules CM720, CM920, CM922,
CM926, CM1020, CM1022 and CM1026 in a single image, this
works just fine and gives some nice compilation coverage
- NOHZ (tickless) and HRTIMERS turned on
- Compile using EABI, let's assume recent compilers are used
now (tested using GCC 4.4.1)
- Remove forced 32MiB at command line, the bootloader usually
knows this better, and my U-Boot patches nowadays make that
boot loader pass the correct adjusted value
- Enable the MTD Physmap flash driver, so that the changes done
earlier by Marc Zyngier replacing integrator-flash takes
effect
- Enable the PL030 RTC driver that has not been default-compiled
with any config for a while
This has been tested on the real hardware Integrator AP with
both an ARM920T and ARM926EJ-S core module.

26-bit ARM support was removed a long time ago, and this symbol has
been defined to be 'y' ever since. As it's never disabled anymore,
we can kill it without any side effects.

DEBUG_WAITQ appears to have been removed by others, but no one
removed the configuration option from ARM. Remote it from both
Kconfig.debug and all default configurations.

Eliminate two warnings:
kernel/power/pm.c:205: warning: 'pm_register' is deprecated (declared at kernel/power/pm.c:64)
kernel/power/pm.c:206: warning: 'pm_send_all' is deprecated (declared at kernel/power/pm.c:180)
by updating defconfig files to contain a sensible PM_LEGACY default.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
