Don't signal host if it has disabled interrupts for that ring buffer. Check the feature bit to see if host supports pending send size flag. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
