Jingoo Han 0db7fd969e platform: replace strict_strto*() with kstrto*() ...

The usage of strict_strtoul() and strict_strtol() is not preferred,
because strict_strtoul() and strict_strtol() are obsolete. Thus,
kstrtoul() and kstrtol() should be used.
