Christian Dietrich 36cf089dc6 microblaze: Removing dead CONTIGUOUS_PAGE_ALLOC config option ...

CONFIG_CONTIGUOUS_PAGE_ALLOC doesn't exist in Kconfig, therefore removing
all references to it from the source.
