glibc 2.26 removed the 'struct ucontext' to "improve" POSIX compliance
and break programs, including User Mode Linux. Fix User Mode Linux
by using POSIX ucontext_t.
This fixes:

mcontext_t *mc = &uc->uc_mcontext;
