Adrian Bunk a97145c224 [MTD] remove dead MTD_PMC551_APERTURE_SIZE option ...

The CONFIG_MTD_PMC551_APERTURE_SIZE option seems to never have existed,
so there's no reason for carrying an #ifdef for it.
