Eugene Crosser ff1d929110 qeth: BRIDGEPORT "sanity check" ...

Forbid enabling IFF_PROMISC reflection to BRIDGEPORT when a role
is already assigned, and forbid direct manipulation of the role
when reflection mode is engaged.
