EN-US Prepares the 3.1.0 release: the launcher version, the images used by the release notes and the test that compared against 3.1.0. - Updated the launcher version to 3.1.0 (Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock) - Added the 3.1.0 release note images: free camera WebP, TAA, ultrawide before and after, controller pages - Fixed the update list test, which used 3.1.0 as the newer release and failed once the launcher became 3.1.0 Validation: - Passed the launcher suite (1331 tests plus the fixed one) and clippy - Checked that every image link of the draft notes answers 200 Risks: one UI test failed once on a busy PC and passed when run again; no runtime code changed. --- PT-BR Prepara a release 3.1.0: a versão do launcher, as imagens das notas de release e o teste que comparava com a 3.1.0. - Atualizada a versão do launcher para 3.1.0 (Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock) - Adicionadas as imagens das notas da 3.1.0: WebP da câmera livre, TAA, ultrawide antes e depois, páginas de controle - Corrigido o teste da lista de atualizações, que usava 3.1.0 como versão mais nova e falhou quando o launcher virou 3.1.0 Validação: - Aprovadas a suíte do launcher (1331 testes mais o corrigido) e o clippy - Conferido que todo link de imagem do rascunho das notas responde 200 Riscos: um teste de interface falhou uma vez com o PC ocupado e passou ao rodar de novo; nenhum código de execução mudou.
