Extracting a new zip over an install replaced the player's gow3.toml unless they skipped it. The zip now ships only config\gow3.default.toml, and gow3.exe (before it loads its settings) and launcher.exe create gow3.toml from it when it is missing. README and QUICKSTART: updating by hand is extract-and-replace-everything.
