Dmitry 230bf996d6 move some Plugin trait functionality to PluginConstructor ...

- this change drops `Default` requirement for plugins which considered to be very restrictive
- now actual plugin instances created by `PluginConstructor`s
- plugin constructor is responsible for script registration and creating plugin instance
