map_grand_static and map_i_static (#1443)
* update makeyar.c

* xmls

* commit c files

* remove paddings and update the spec

* Tell ZAPD to not generate C files for the 2 problematic XMLs

* Rename symbols to follow style

* cleanup the generated files a bit

* comment on makeyar

* fix distclean deleting the `assets/c/` files

* actually fix distclean
