Doc/Cleanup pass on object handling (#1227)
* `Object_InitBank` -> `Object_InitContext`

* Add and use `OBJECT_SPACE_SIZE_BASE`

* Remove `OBJECT_EXCHANGE_BANK_MAX` -> use `ARRAY_COUNT()` instead
