Asset extraction (#133)

* Added torch and ast_logo yml

* Added torch into makefile

* Added torch into tools all rule

* Fixed version and removed clang-format from c header

* Reverted settings.json unrelated change

* Bump version

* Readded -s flag

* Fixed Makefile indentation
