Rename GetDistanceToPlayer and GetSideToPlayer (#350)
As we decided on Discord
(https://discord.com/channels/1079389589950705684/1087866009983139870/1125555095778644039)
I mass-renamed `GetPlayerDistance` into `GetDistanceToPlayer` and
`GetPlayerSide` into `GetSideToPlayer`.

I also took the opportunity to tweak the comments and add the symbols to
the missing overlays.
