Deterministic per-seed tactical layer: pending-OA disclosures queue opponent reaction attacks (host drives ownerless attackers), 15% seeded ready actions release only when the structured trigger observably fired. Reaction attempts count as valid attempts, never compliance failures; decision_seed=None preserves legacy behavior byte-identically. 20 tests red-first; pytest 989 passed / 29 skipped. """Backlog item 5.1 (+5.2): agent-driven campaign simulation harness.
Contract under test:
- ``CampaignSimulation.run()`` drives N synthetic ``CampaignSimPlayer``s
through the REAL orchestrator surface: auth signup/login, lobby
create/join/launch, character create/deploy, then T rounds of turns whose
actions execute through the SAME authenticated proxy endpoints a browser
uses (``?token=`` forwarded identity).
- Every LLM decision goes through ``routing.llm_client.LLMStreamingGateway``
(so JSONL logging captures it); malformed/absent LLM output falls back to
the deterministic scripted policy FOR THAT TURN while still counting the
attempt.
- With no LLM key configured the run is tagged ``mode: "scripted"`` and never
touches the network.
- Rejections reported by the proxy/engine are accounted per-round with their
reasons. The report invents nothing: every number is counted.
No unit test touches the network: outbound orchestrator HTTP rides an
in-process ASGI transport, the authoritative Rust engine behind
``routing.engine_client`` is replaced with an in-memory fake, and the LLM
upstream is a canned httpx fake (same pattern as test_llm_intent.py).
