Live checkpoint vs llm.heretek.one found the gateway deterministically
degrades when a raw single quote reaches it — the router prompt's
'player's' flipped 'I attack the goblin' from MECHANICAL_INVOCATION
(0.95) to IN_CHARACTER_DIALOGUE (0.72). Prompt reworded, live suite
6/6 green. Root cause is upstream template/escaping; documented at
the call site.
