📐 Code Style & Conventions

• GitHub Actions Workflows: Use clean YAML with explicit step names, strict error trapping (set -euo pipefail), and matrix outputs. Keep matrix targets alphabetically or hierarchically sorted.
• Shell Scripts: Always start with set -euo pipefail. Use $(cd "$(dirname "${BASH_SOURCE[0]}")" && pwd) for resilient path resolution.
• Python Scripts: Standard library only (no external pip dependencies in builder helper scripts like gather_required_rocm_libs.py or generate_release_notes.py).
• Git Hygiene: Keep repository lightweight. Do not commit .zip, .tar.gz, .gguf, or binary files. Keep local checkouts (CachyLLama/, llama-ai/) gitignored.
