John Smith 63e9df37b6 fix: unblock Karma engine suite and add useInstancing round-trip test

Closes the verification gap tracked in #146 for 08a49e2f5.

- Upgrade GDJS/tests karma stack (karma 6.4.4, karma-mocha 2,
  karma-chrome-launcher 3): the socket.io-parser ^4.2.7 override from
  186ae04ac forces socket.io 4.x, which is incompatible with karma 1.7
  ("SocketIO is not a constructor"). Supersedes #110.
- Guard process.env in FirebaseExtension.spec.js: uncaught
  ReferenceError in the browser aborts karma 6 runs.
- Fix stale tilemap culling test: 08a49e2f5 deliberately made nested
  tile maps draw in full (no wrong-window culling); the test still
  asserted the pre-remediation behavior.
- Add Model3DObjectConfiguration.spec.js: useInstancing set to true
  round-trips through C++ serialization; false default preserved.

Verified on Node 20.20.2 / Chrome Headless 153:
GDJS/tests 1287/1296 passed (3DCulling, Model3DInstancing and
tilemapCulling green; remaining failures are Firebase e2e without a
valid GD_TEST_FIREBASE_API_KEY and 1-ulp float-equality flakes in
untouched files). GDevelop.js Jest: 33/33 suites, 1177 passed.

Firebase Extension

This is the wrapper for the Firebase SDK for GDevelop. The files are prefixed with A_, B_, C_ and D_ to classify their import priority (where A has the highest and D the lowest).

firebasejs contains the Web SDK. firebasetools contains wrappers for GDevelop.
