Adds the infrastructure that lets AI coding agents (Claude Code, Gemini,
generic AGENTS.md readers) understand and safely modify GrindrPlus.

- AGENTS.md (canonical) + CLAUDE.md / GEMINI.md symlink aliases
- version.schema.json (JSON Schema 07) referenced from version.json
- scripts/sync-grindr-version.sh — wraps fetch_version.py + sed-patches
  app/build.gradle.kts; --dry-run shows the diff
- scripts/check-obfuscated-symbols.py — scans // search-for markers
  against a JADX dir, emits OK/AMBIGUOUS/STALE table
- scripts/check-patch-docs.sh — fails CI if any hook lacks its doc
- .claude/skills/{bump-grindr-version,update-obfuscated-symbols,
  patch-doc-coverage,verify-build}/ — four reusable skills
- KDoc on the public hook API (Hook/Hooker/HookAdapter/HookManager/
  FeatureManager), core/http/Interceptor, core/Constants
- KDoc on all 29 hook files using a shared template that captures the
  obfuscation-marker convention + lifecycle semantics
- Patch docs added for all 27 previously-undocumented hooks; docs/patches/README.md
  rebuilt with the full alphabetical index
- CI gate in build_apk.yml runs scripts/check-patch-docs.sh after JDK setup
