scripts/smoke.sh proves persona, skills, MCP, mounts, and passwords per expert with no model calls. scripts/workspace-init.sh plus fixtures/demo-repo and registry.example/demo with Zod schemas. Twelve accept checks under scripts/accept/1b plus a typechecked compose-hardening helper. Squid fixes from scratch testing: Safe_ports covers 443+80, file logging with stdout tail. make check green (109 pass).
