Replace npx-based launch with bundling bin/mcp-proxy.mjs directly inside
the .mcpb as server/proxy.mjs. server/index.js runs it via process.execPath
(the same Node binary Claude Desktop already uses), so the extension works
with Claude Desktop's built-in Node.js without needing npx or system PATH.
