- Move multi-arch ROCm 7 builder workflow and library bundler into this repo
- Remove 9 dead/unmaintained formulae (cachy-llama, llama-ai, ember, engramhalo, ciru-rocmfpx, kingjones-rocmfpx, q38rocm, prima-cpp, gdevelop-unlocked)
- Retain core active stack: rocmfpx, stable-diffusion-cpp, shimmy
- Update update_formulae.py, CI test matrices, and README.md
