Browsers fetch the web app manifest and its icons without credentials,
so with a password configured they were redirected to the login page:
the manifest failed to parse, Chrome never offered to install the app,
and "Add to Home screen" produced a plain shortcut with no icon.
Exempt `/manifest.webmanifest` and the icon files from the auth proxy
(they are public brand assets, like the build chunks already allowed)
and add the 192px PNG Chrome's install criteria require alongside the
existing 512px one.

* feat: browser notification when agent session ends
Closes#339. Ref discussion #317.
When the tab is in the background, fires a Web Notifications API popup
on agent completion. The notification title uses the current session
name (falls back to i18n "Session complete"); the body is the i18n
"Task finished." string, so both en and zh-CN are covered.
Permission is requested lazily on the first background completion;
denied or unsupported browsers are silently skipped.
