- Rework app self-update to npm-based flows (npm-update, app-update route, omp-web-update helper, updated omp-web launcher). - Add TodoList component rendering agent todo phases/tasks with tests. - Session reader: expose todo phases, workspace-root session support and associated tests; pi-types alignment. - Chat: fix streaming/feedback behaviors in ChatWindow and useAgentSession. - Settings and tsconfig housekeeping.
