Claude 6184f87223 Merge upstream main into ui-redesign-upstream ...

Resolves conflicts with #2412 (maintenance notice row above the header):
- AppShell keeps <UiMaintenanceNotice /> above the top bar and the
  #shell-content anchor; the phone tray, backdrop and Explorer are
  positioned inside it (absolute, top-0) as #2412 does, with the
  redesign's separate nav/Explorer state, 80vw cap and safe-area margin.
- Explorer keeps the opaque phone background.
- RigStatusCard and ProofImageViewer keep #2412's dark border and
  shrink-0 with the redesign's sentence case and 11px text floor.
- package-lock.json regenerated with npm install.
