- Define remote depot stream contract covering mapping models, pieceReader
  byte units, sparse availability, and ACLs (#98)
- Add loopback byte-range bridge endpoint guarded by TORRENTIAL_RPC_SECRET
  for pieceReader streams (#100)
- Add RemoteVersionBackend in torrential using reqwest range streaming and
  tokio-util StreamReader (#99)
- Wire create_backend in torrential to construct RemoteVersionBackend when
  remoteUrl is present (#99)
- Wire manifest-fetch to query resolveRemoteDepot and populate remote stream
  options into VersionResponse (#94)
- Fix clippy map_unwrap_or lints in cache.rs and mdns.rs
