Undefined shifts (#1154)

* Fix undefined shifts

uint8 gets promoted to signed integer

in ARM, MIPS, Sparc
in AArch64, PPC and Xcore

* fix undefined shift in powerpc

* Fix undefined shift in Mips

use mulitply instead
