Bugzilla bug 224161: added support for Mac OS X Panther SDK. We assume
that NEXT_ROOT is set in the environment. The patch is contributed by Mike Pinkerton <pinkerton@aol.net>. r=wtc. Modified files: configure configure.in pr/src/linking/Makefile.in
