Bug 1211948: Remove registry interfaces from |BluetoothDaemonProtocol|, r=brsun
The interfaces for registering and unregistering in |BluetoothDaemonProtocol| were used by profile modules to call into the Setup module for registering and unregistering themselves. Registry is now done in the profile managers, so these interfaces are not required any longer.
