Bug 1464032 Part 10: Add a CanvasTranslator and canvas recorded events. r=jrmuizel
These are extensions to the Moz2D RecordedEvents to record and play back canvas texture related functions in the GPU process. The CanvasTranslator handles the playback of these and the Moz2D ones.
