Workaround for legacy markers leaving empty anonymous blocks

We should not leave empty anonymous block boxes, but we intentionally do
that in LayoutListItem::UpdateMarkerLocation(). This change skips empty
anonymous block boxes looking for ::first-letter text.

Fixes a fuzzer crash.
